There has been lots of data migrated from the Solihull network to the BDMAT network over the course of the Summer. Here's a quick cheat sheet to help you find your files.
Email, Contacts, Calendars
All of your email, contacts and calendars have been migrated automatically. If you have access to more than one email address (e.g. office@bentleyheath.bdmat.org.uk) then you can access the other email accounts following the Opening another mailbox in Outlook Web App guide.

How to find data that's been migrated to OneDrive
On your computer...
- Open File Explorer
- Click on "OneDrive - BDMAT" from the side panel on the left.
On the web...
- Open a web browser and go to http://portal.office.com/
- Sign in, if prompted
- Click on the App Launcher icon in the top left of the page
- Select "OneDrive" from the pop-out menu
How to find data that's been migrated to Microsoft Teams
Data that's been migrated to Teams can be found in the Microsoft Teams application.
- Open Teams
- From the left menu, select "Teams"
- Choose the Team (e.g. "Bentley Heath - All Staff")
- Select the channel (e.g. "General")
If there are specific folders that you use regularly, you can click on the "Sync" button in the toolbar. For more information, see the Getting faster access to files saved in Teams guide.
